If you are interested in hosting a class in your home or church (or other building with a kitchen) please contact us.
Classes are set up so all you have to do is attend. You will be provided with directions and recipe for creating what was made at the class as well as all the vegetables and/or fruit needed to make either 8 pints or 8 quarts at home! Class dates and costs coming soon.

Tomato canning--Hot Water Bath Needed for at home: Large pot with lid for holding boiling water, timer, jars (either quart or pint size), lids and rings for jars, canning tongs to lift jars from water, and of course, tomatoes!
This class will show you how to take your tomatoes from the garden to the jar for long term storage! You will not need to bring anything with you to class and will be sent home with enough tomatoes to make 8 quarts or 8 pints of canned tomatoes.
Home-Made HOT Salsa!! Or not so hot, you can leave out the hottest peppers and still get a great result! Needed for at home: Large pot with lid for holding boiling water, timer, jars (quart or pint), lids and rings for jars, canning tongs to lift jars, and the veggies!
This class will show you how to take your vegetables from the garden to the jar for long term storage (unless you are a true chili head!). You will not need to bring anything to class and will be sent home with enough vegetables to make 8 quarts or 8 pints of Hot (or mild) salsa.
